A short walk led to sacred spaces, while the hotel itself offered a calm retreat from the crowds.

Well located, although is a bit confusing to get there the first time. There's a lift that takes you on top of the hill where the hotel is, no need to walk up the stairs or the hill. The staff is very nice and helpful, they speak many languages and they're there to help as much as you need. The breakfast is good enough and cheap compared to many places to eat in town. We got extra help because we needed a fridge for some medication, and they offered us to keep it in their fridge. Very grateful for that!

Breakfast was mainly cold items except for the toast and hot coffee or tea. However it was a very substantial breakfast with a large variety of food items to choose from- from cold cereal, boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt, cheese, ham and a variety of breads and mini cakes. The room was very clean but on the small side for 2 people to share. However, we used it just to sleep at night, so it did not matter to us.

The location of the hotel was excellent for visiting the Lourdes Sanctuary. A public lift is available a few meters away from the hotel which facilitates reaching the hotel, otherwise there is a bit of hill or steps to reach it.

Communication with the hotel was brilliant- I had to delay my arrival by 2 days and they couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. The motorbike parking was for free and inside a huge garage (but with quite a steep slope to get in). There is a small, rickety lift (and stairs) to the bedrooms. My room was large enough with a balcony and a perfect view of the Fort. The bathroom was small but adequate. Breakfast was Continental, basic but tasty with ham, jam, baguette, croissant, yoghurt, fruit salad etc. The staff were really helpful. It is only a 5 minute walk down lots of steps into the heart of the town - 10 minutes to the Sanctuary.

The location is very close to the sanctuary. The hotel area is calm and homey very nice to stay. The hotel is also clean, friendly staffs, and the important thing is…Good breakfast, the croissants is very tasty 😍 The chocolate is also delicious. They are really mood booster for begin of your day 😍😛

The property is very well located to the centre but also nestled in a quiet area of the town. The staff were superb, so lovely and extremely helpful. This will probably be a repeat trip for my family and we will be rebooking this place without a doubt.
